Insurance for the couple. If REV ROXY cannot perform this agreement in whole or in part due to a illness, injury or other emergency,  another officiant can be provided at an adjusted rate. For domestic and international destination weddings client will receive refund minus all booked travel. No substitute for desintation weddings.

Force Majeure. In no event shall MARRIED by REV ROXY (Birchfield Ministries LLC) be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, epidemics, pandemics and quarantines, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that MARRIED by REV ROXY shall use reasonable efforts which are consistent with accepted practices in the industry to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.
 

Indemnification. The client shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless MARRIED by REV ROXY and its officers, directors, partners, agents, managers and employees from any and all demands, claims and damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including attorney fees arising out of or caused by the clients, or their guests and subcontractors use of MARRIED by REV ROXY real or personal use.

Attestation. I hereby attest that at the signing of this agreement I am not currently married to any other citizen of either the United States or any other country or nationstate. I also hereby attest that I have fully disclosed any previous marriages to both my future spouse, to which I am entering into this agreement with, and MARRIED by REV ROXY. I understand that if I fail to appropriately disclose any of the aforementioned information MARRIED by REV ROXY reserves the right to cancel said agreement at no cost to the organization. Both signing parties also understand that by knowingly entering into a marriage while currently married to another individual is a violation of United States criminal law and may result in punishment by the local, state or federal government for said violation if found guilty of said crime.

 

 

Rehearsals. Due to Covid-19 rehearsals on days other than wedding day are not available. Same-day rehearsals are negotiable and may be agreed upon no earlier than 7 days prior to wedding ceremony. Any additional costs associated with a same-day rehearsal will be determined at the time an agreement is reached and determined based on availability of REV. ROXY and/or an "Associate". In addition, weddings take priority over rehearsals. In the event that the officiant can longer attend a rehearsal due to the booking of another wedding, refunds for the rehearsal will be given along with an electronic rehearsal kit. Agreements for rehearsals are non-binding.

 

Photos, Video & Social Media. The officiant requests at least 2-5 + hi-res photos from the wedding ceremony (altar shots preferably) to be sent via email to her for use on social media, public presentations, magazine, blog submissions and/or business website within 30-60 days after the wedding event. MBRR also requests a picture with bride and groom after ceremony is complete. It is also a tradition of MARRIED by REV ROXY to do a boomerang with her couples on wedding day. By signing this agreement you give full authorization for use of any social media, video or photos captured by MARRIED by REV ROXY on and from your wedding day.

 

No Fault. Once you have given your approval of the ceremony you may not make changes  any later than 48 hours prior to the ceremony. If changes are made, the outcome will be of no fault of MARRIED by REV ROX or any representative thereof. Rev. Roxy is extremely flexible and will make all reasonable efforts to work with you within appropriate boundaries.

 

Cancellations & Refunds. Upon the signing of this agreement, MARRIED by REV ROXY will reserve the time and date of ceremony and will not make another reservation for the specific time frame (2 hours total=1 hour before and after the noted ceremony start time). For this reason, there are no refunds for monies paid prior to wedding date. Once you have booked this date it is not offered to anyone else and preparation for your wedding day through conversation (phone, emails, direct message and text messaging), consultation, mobile contact, online questionnaire, wedding education in exclusive bridal Facebook group will be made available at first deposit. Some services have been rendered.  All rescheduled dates will be updated to the current MARRIED by REV ROXY pricing and payments request must be made in order to move date.

 

Retainer. A non-refundable retainer is required upon signing this contract in order for your date and time to be reserved. All fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation or date change by client. I will work with you for your date or location changes, but it is not guaranteed. Fee up-charges apply for changes to a date or location without contacting MBRR first, a holidays weekend date and change to destination wedding. Any balance should be paid no later than 30 days prior to ceremony date.

Payment. All previously agreed to amounts for officiant services guaranteed, whether made verbally and/or in writing, must be paid in full prior to wedding day services being rendered.

Wedding Reception Reservation & Compliance. Inviting REV ROXY to your wedding reception is completely VOLUNTARY and is NOT required. In the event that REV ROXY is invited to stay for your wedding reception she must be invited as a "guest". REV ROXY is only to be considered a vendor for your wedding ceremony and not your wedding reception. She should have an assigned table and seat. In addition, if REV ROXY is performing an international or domestic destination wedding she MUST be a guest at your reception, except if she declines.

Ceremony Drafts. Clients are granted a first draft and final draft included in this agreement. Therefore, there is one opportunity given to make all needed edits. Clients are given a minimum of 48 hours to either reply “PRINT/APPROVE” or give a list of edits in bullet form. Any other form of corrections outside of this will remove liability from the officiant. Any additional edits or changes after this one opportunity is subject to a $100 fee per draft.

Final Payment. Final payments must be made no later than 30 days prior to your contracted wedding date.  For each day that a balance remains on your account past this allowed time frame, you will assessed a $25.00/day late fee.

 

I, the undersigned Contracting Party, hereby warrant that I am competent to contract in my own name. I confirm that I have read the herein agreement prior to its execution and I am fully aware of the contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding up on legal representatives, assigns and us. We certify that we have received a complete copy of this agreement with all blank lines completed.
